After years leading teams across Disney, Warner Bros., and some of the most demanding creative organisations in the world, I got tired of waiting for leadership development to catch up with reality. So I built it myself.
Here's what I actually believe: leading people well is one of the coolest things a person can do. Really. Encouraging others toward a goal, providing clarity to take the next step, helping someone become more than they thought they could be: that's so cool. And almost nobody treats it that way.
